Q: Can I still use my regular doctor?
A: Yes. MDHIN doesn’t replace your current provider. However, you’ll get the best experience by using MDHIN-approved pharmacies and providers within our network.
Q: Do I have to wait for open enrollment?
A: No. MDHIN offers year-round enrollment with no waiting periods. Sign up anytime and get access immediately.
Q: Can this be used by employers or unions?
A: Absolutely. MDHIN supports group enrollment, custom billing, and dedicated onboarding for employers, unions, and other organizations.
Q: Does MDHIN affect my current insurance?
A: No. MDHIN works independently of your existing health insurance. It does not affect your insurance plan, coverage, or provider attribution. It simply adds another way to access care.
Q: Can I use MDHIN with Medicare or Medicaid?
A: Yes, if you have Medicare or Medicaid, you can still use MDHIN to access additional services. MDHIN plans operate independently and can enhance your access to care.

Through IPPN participation, pharmacies gain access to programs like IPPNRx and are able to integrate billable services and connect with licensed providers through a collaborative framework.

A service platform that powers pharmacy-based urgent care and health engagement. Through ConnectRxCare, MDHIN members gain access to same-day care at participating pharmacies, enhancing access, affordability, and care continuity within the community.
